This information provides the business inputs which address failure modes of mobile equipment which relate to a lack of maintenance occurring. The listing of failure modes is shown in detail in the Important Documents section on the right – but in essence, they relate to:
- Lack of an appropriate maintenance strategy provided by the OEM(s)
- Not recognising conflicting maintenance requirements (missing fire potential of new components etc.)
- Introducing fuel to the equipment, and
- Breaching statutory requirements
The business inputs which address these types of failure modes are presented in the listing of business inputs shown below the failure modes.
